[OPEN] it takes two to make a thing riiiiHIIIIIGHT
Who: Athos (
thestormcomes) & Porthos (
dashingdignity) & ~YOU~
Where: Sundry areas of interest.
When: Allnight event long.
Rating: tbd
Summary: Does this really need a summary we are out to make trouble.
The Story: In a world where Athos has no semblance of humanity, where he does not recall a life outside of a casual combination of torment and licentiousness, he and a dear friend entertain themselves as they see fit ('friend' being used loosely, as their bond of camaraderie and years spent torturing souls makes it so much more meaningful, you understand).
The layer of Hell from which he hails is lorded over by no other prince than Asmodeus, whose reputation for lust and revenge are unmatched. What better teacher could have possibly had, really? And with things so outrageously dull in this luxurious prison, stirring the pot is more than a necessity.
Outside
Beyond the Mansion walls Athos and Porthos, thick as thieves, can be found lurking on the edges of the hedge maze tempting others into a light-hearted challenge of Find Your Way Through the Labyrinth, with every intention of disorienting the people in question. They enjoy the gardens accompanied by bottles of wine and offering charming propositions to passers-by.
If by 'charming' the narration means 'uncouth' and lascivious. Of course.
Inside
With circumstances being what they are, demons of their standing are relegated to the rank of Glorified Prankster, which, while entertaining, has its drawbacks. Porthos' appetite for carnality rivals that of his friend's, whose burgeoning desires tend to lean more toward torment than a craving for sexual intercourse.
The pair can be found in the bar and hallways, goading patrons of the former into fist-fights and slinking up behind unsuspecting damsels in the latter, all agreeable attitudes and charming wit.
Other
Their aim is to make the rounds this event, but they are nigh inseparable so you can feel free to choose a venue of your choice, if you would prefer!
Note: Please specify if you would like a particular musketeer or both of them in your subject line, thank you andGod Lucifer bless.

I wish to purchase one Athos inside the maze please and thank.
Branches blossom where the hedges close behind him, and he looks about as he thinks himself close to the one he seeks. The ones? He has rarely been so solitary of late, misery rather loves its company it seems, but George does not think himself mistaken. Just one. So far.
"It's rather sad to imagine, that even in such a small, such a beautiful world there should be... so much ill," he muses out loud, and not for his own benefit.
one Athos coming right up!
Athos left Porthos to venture further into the labyrinth to lead some hapless victim in circles while his friend opted instead to wheel around for stragglers. Even separated, they work as a seamless team. He senses the discord - which is to say, the change in atmospheric pressure, a sudden surplus of hot air - when it slinks in under his own presence.
And then he hears it.
"Good cannot exist without its...appropriate counterpart, no?"
On Buckingham's left, a dark man in dark clothes with a dark smile.
"Bonjour."
(☉◡☉♥).:。☆.。.:*・°☆.。.:*・°☆.。.:*・°☆.。.:*・°☆
He wears a smile of his own, bright and sweet and perhaps not entirely suited to this encounter, or so many of his own would insist, always so very eager to smite, even though (or perhaps especially because) they all know perfectly well that even those poor, poor darkest of souls were their very own kin once.
"Some might say they both demand compare, but who is to say that they must both live? What of a kind world, a peaceful world where... evil is only told in stories, so that mankind might cherish what great burden has been lifted from their shoulders?"
Ahh, but one can always dream. George tilts his head slowly, drinking in the dark sight in front of his eyes.
"Do you still... recall your own story? Before you fell?"
i am cold and i am afraid
"That world sounds a little too perfect," he replies smoothly, for it is the imperfections that make things so poignant. The agony that makes pleasure much sweeter. Life is not beautiful without the pain, and other pithy little aphorisms.
Athos scratches at his beard, lifts his chin, and slinks a little closer before answering.
"Not really. I'm sure I had a terrible time. Fewer rules now."
He picks at Buckingham's sleeve and wrinkles his nose.
Ew.

"Even so, imperfection needn't be malicious," he muses, and watches Athos' hands.
He does not flinch from their work, nor protest it. Instead he merely reaches out for an adjustment of his own, and straightens the demon's dark doublet at its seams, pulling it down evenly, and smoothing the wrinkles with his palm.
"You loved once."

Both please
She was walking down one of the mansion's many hallways looking for prey when she came across the two of them; they looked to be in cahoots about something and Bela couldn't help her inquisitive nature when it came to discovering what her fellow demons were up to, regardless of if she knew them well or not.
"Well, what do we have here?" Bela cocks an eyebrow in their direction, looking between the both of them.

Speaking of inappropriate comments....
"Lonely for company chouchou?" Porthos asks, leaning indolently against the wall.

The point of getting drunk is to get drunk, but Athos easily clears his ailment with a casual wave of his hand, jerked back into sobriety to view a friendly passer-by. A fellow demon, as well. Good thing he's got all his senses back. Straightening up, Athos smoothes the fabric of his doublet and offers a charming smile.
"...Making trouble, mademoiselle. And you?"
no subject
Her gaze darts to Athos for a moment, not swayed by the smile. Humans were much more fun to be around, especially when it came to making them suffer or driving them mad. With other demons, Bela didn't really know where she stood.
"Looking for trouble, actually. I do get bored when I've nothing to do." She looks to Porthos. "Don't ever call me that again, yeah? I don't appreciate it."

outside; → both if possible for new cr :)
It isn't a question that needs to be asked of demons; they can sense power just as well as the angel can pinpoint the festering, animated filth that is demonkind. They've been able to identify one another from the beginning of time. In fact, Will's first instinct in coming was to gently shepherd the distracted and bamboozled humans back out of the maze and chastise the perpetrators appropriately, glorified pranksters as they are.
Just maybe they should have thought harder on that before drunkenly shouting out sexual advances.
Both is always possible.
"Athos, I do believe the feathered stick in the mud is confused as to what he is." His grin is pure malice. "Perhaps we should remind where that stick is supposed to go."

"Have you no shame, sir?"
The demon calls out with disdain coloring his voice, the horror that any creature should be so marvelously inept.
"To lack the ability to locate one's own arse might be considered a mortal sin!"
no subject
"I have no use for shame or assholes, as it so happens, so I would appreciate getting yourselves out of my sight."
And maybe to encourage a more definite progression toward the direction that involves smiting - and to be frank, Will is feeling a trifle spiteful - Will makes sure their too bright eyes are watching as he raises a hand and -
Snap. The wine shimmers and runs clear. Enjoy your water, gentlemen.

INBOX ATE MY NOTIF - /ugly crying - sorry!!!!
I AM THE SLOWEST OF SLOW so it's all good.
Porthos and inside!
[It smells so bad in here. Like cheap booze, nasty cigars, and sex. Levi's eyes are looking to the other demon by him as he tries to ignore the smell and sip his tea.]
Is that you?
no subject
I smell nothing, mon frere.
no subject
[And it's all over you.]
The fuck did you just walk out of?
no subject
[ Now he's curious. ]
I was out at the maze with Athos. That's all.
Outside - open to both!
"Hey! That's enough of that!" She puts her hands on her hips as she confronts the pair of
handsometroublemakers. "You leave these poor people alone. They're not here for your entertainment."no subject
"Then are you here to entertain us mademoiselle?" Because it's been a while since he's toyed with an angel.... Like all of ten minutes or so.
no subject
"But you should leave them alone. Can't you find something better to do?"
no subject
"I keep trying, but pickings are slim for bed-warmers in these parts."
Badum-tish.
